Limp in Chimp is a poker brand ambassador, professional poker player, and former fashion stylist who bridges the worlds of style and strategy. Known for stepping away from the fashion scene to “get some cards in the air,” Chimp has built a reputation as both a dedicated student of poker and a rising personality in the game.

His journey into poker began over a decade ago during a visit to Temple University, where casual play quickly evolved into a serious pursuit. He later trained at a local poker dealer school near Philadelphia’s Italian Market, earning a certificate in table games with experience in 5-Card Stud, 7-Card Stud, Limit Hold’em, and No Limit Texas Hold’em.

After success in bar tournaments and online play—including competing in micro-stakes games alongside established players—Chimp transitioned into the live casino scene. Along the way, he has collaborated and shared sessions with fellow players, students, and professionals, gaining exposure to the broader live tournament circuit.

Raised in a strict Christian environment with an emphasis on gambling for recreation rather than profit, Chimp’s perspective on the game is rooted in discipline and balance. Following his church’s expansion and his move to the East Coast, he began pursuing poker at a professional level.

Born on a U.S. Army base near Bad Kreuznach, Germany, to two veteran parents, Chimp has lived across the United States and now calls Philadelphia home. Today, he continues to grow his presence as both a poker competitor and fashion influencer, combining calculated risk-taking with personal style.
